Login Trouble

We're sorry you are having trouble logging in. Here are some possible solutions to common issues.

I've already registered but it tells me I've entered an invalid email address or password!

The registration for this particular game is completely seperate from the login information you use to access your local media partner's Members Area. You should create a new account in the game itself if you haven't already done so.

I keep seeing the login screen after each page, it won't keep me logged in

PickManager uses cookies to remember your login information after each page. Be sure to enable cookies in your browser. Some personal firewalls, such as ZoneAlarm, can sometimes block cookies.

I forgot my password

We can email you a link that will allow you to reset your user password.

I never got my password reset email

It usually only takes 1-5 minutes for the reset email to arrive. Sometimes the email is tagged as "junk" or "spam", so be sure to check your junk mail folder.
